Visualant International

We are inside the Aditya Mega Mall at Shop No-Ss-6. Karkardooma is a busy area, and being in the mall means we get a lot of air conditioning, which is nice in the summer. Shahadra is quite a trek for some, but it’s where we are set up. Visualant International isn't a massive store; it’s a compact space where we handle our daily business. We deal with international trade and logistics, so there is always some paperwork regarding shipping or customs. Some days the mall is very quiet, and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other days it's packed with shoppers, and it gets a bit loud. We don't have a mission or a fancy philosophy. We just open the shutters in the morning and start working on whatever is on the list. The shop is a bit cluttered with samples and files, and we probably should organize it better, but we always know where the important stuff is. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by just walking past in the mall. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question, even if they aren't going to buy anything. It’s just a regular shop in a regular mall. We've been here for a couple of years now and the security guards know us by name. It's just how things are.
