Located at A-130 on the Main Road in Ganga Vihar, our shop is usually easy to spot because of the cameras and sensors we have sitting in the window. The traffic outside is always crawling, and the horns never seem to stop, but inside we just try to keep things organized. We have shelves filled with different boxes, wires, and little components that most people wouldn't recognize. It’s a small space, so it gets cramped when a few people come in at once to ask about their setups. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different gadgets work and trying to find the right fit for whatever problem someone is having. Our hands are usually busy with screwdrivers or testing out connections at the workbench in the back. It isn't a polished corporate environment; there are usually some spare parts scattered around and a calendar on the wall with scribbled notes. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do because the hardware speaks for itself once it is installed and running. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and it gets a bit chaotic, but we just take it one call at a time. Being on the Main Road means we see all sorts of people walking by, and every day brings a different kind of technical challenge to solve. We just keep the lights on and keep working until the shutters go down for the night.
