Virgo Water Point

Virgo Water Point is based in Dwarka Sector 7. It’s a decent area, quite organized and clean compared to other parts of the city. Our shop is a small, simple place where we keep the essential parts for water machines. We don’t have a whole lot of extra space, so everything is tucked into the corners or stacked on high shelves. Usually, it’s just one or two of us working here at a time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating with people who need their filters changed or their units serviced. In Sector 7, people are usually in a bit of a hurry, so we try to be quick with our answers and work. The shop doesn't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise. It’s an honest little business. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just know about water systems and how to keep them running properly. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive from the supplier, and we just tell people that flat out. There is no point in making things up. The neighborhood is fairly quiet in the mornings and gets much busier towards the evening hours. We usually close up once the sun goes down. It’s been our base for a while now. We’ve gotten to know the regular customers who come back every year for their maintenance. It feels good to be here.
