Victoria Construction Chemicals

Victoria Construction Chemicals is based on Talkatora Road, near Park Street. We’ve got a warehouse-style setup here. It’s basically a big room filled with heavy bags and plastic drums. The floor is concrete and always has some white powder on it from the sacks. We supply stuff for builders and contractors. Talkatora Road is a busy stretch, and we get a lot of noise from the traffic all day. The shop itself is pretty simple. We have a wooden desk where we take orders and a few samples of the chemicals we sell. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to browse. You come here when you need to fix a leak or strengthen some concrete. I’ve been working here for several years now. My hands are usually a bit rough from handling the bags. We don’t have a fancy website or a social media page. Most of our regulars are guys who have been buying from us since we opened. We try to keep everything in stock, but sometimes the shipments are late and the warehouse looks a bit empty. It’s a straightforward business. We open early because that’s when the construction guys are out and about. By the time the sun goes down, we’re usually pretty tired and ready to head home. It’s just a regular local supplier shop, nothing more than that.
