Our office, Klassichem Building Products Pvt. Ltd., is on the third floor of Vardhaman Taru Plaza in Pitampura. It’s in the local shopping complex, at unit Cu 302. We aren't a store where you walk in and browse shelves. We mostly deal with products used in building construction, like chemicals and coatings. The office is usually quite busy with phone calls and people checking inventory lists. We have stacks of files and brochures about different building materials. Pitampura is a crowded place, and being in the shopping complex means there is always something happening outside. Inside, we just focus on getting orders right. We’ve been around for a while, so we’ve seen a lot of buildings go up in this area. We don't have a big marketing department. We just talk to builders and contractors who need specific chemicals for their projects. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with samples of sealants or additives sitting on the desks. We don't mind it. It shows we’re actually working. The people here understand how these products react with concrete and brick. It’s a technical field, but we try to explain things simply. We don't use fancy jargon if we can help it. If someone needs a solution for a leaky roof or a damp wall, we just tell them what we have and how it works. It is a quiet but steady operation we have going here.
