We are set up in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area at 9/52/2. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing and workshops all around us. You can hear the sound of machines and hammers all day long. Our unit is not very large, but we use every inch of it. We do a lot of technical work here, and the benches are usually covered in tools and parts. It is the kind of place where you don't mind getting your hands dirty. I’ve been working in Kirti Nagar for years, and I like the energy of the industrial area. People here are hard workers. We spend our mornings setting up the machines and the afternoons finishing off whatever orders we have. The 9/52/2 spot is where we do everything from planning to the actual heavy lifting. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. Most of the time, that’s me. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea, which is pretty much essential. The summers get very hot in these industrial sheds, so we have a big desert cooler that makes a lot of noise but keeps us from melting. It’s a straightforward business. We do the work, we pack it up, and we send it out. No fancy talk or corporate polished look, just the daily grind in a busy part of Delhi.
