We are located right on the 50 Ft. Road in Nihal Vihar. The address is RZG-161/3, and it is pretty easy to find if you know the landmark. Our shop is where we handle all the water stuff. It gets very busy on this road, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. I started this place because I saw how many people in Nihal Vihar were struggling with their water filters. It’s not just about selling things; it is more about keeping the units running. We have stacks of pipes and membranes piled up in the back corner. Sometimes it looks a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. My cousin helps me out most days, and we take turns going out on calls. Some days we are out until 9 PM because a pipe burst or a system stopped working. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for climbing under sinks and working in tight spaces. The floor is usually a bit wet because we are always testing something. People stop by the shop just to ask a quick question or buy a small part they can fix themselves. We don't mind that at all. It’s a neighborhood business, and we like being part of the community here. There is always a lot of chatter and the sound of the main road outside. It is just our daily life at RZG-161/3, focusing on getting the job done.
