Our shop is located at D-19/10 in Jagjeet Nagar. It is right on the 3rd Pusta in Usmanpur. If you know where the New Punjab Dairy is, then we are very close to that. It is a local neighborhood and things are usually pretty busy on the street. We deal with phones and recharges and all that kind of stuff. Most of our customers are just people living nearby who drop in while they are out getting groceries or milk from the dairy. The shop stays open late most nights because that is when people have time to stop by after work. It can get a bit crowded inside when more than three people show up at once because the space is quite narrow. We have some stools for people to sit on if they have to wait for a recharge to go through or a phone to get checked. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to actually do it. There is always someone coming in to ask for directions or just to chat for a minute. We like being part of the Usmanpur area. It feels like home to us. We don't use any fancy systems, just a basic ledger and our own computers to keep track of things. It is a straightforward way to run a business for the community.
