Usha Brita Water Mall

We are located out on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, specifically in the Sultanpur area at K-372. People call it a water mall, but to us, it is just the shop where we keep all the purifiers and tanks. The MG Road traffic is pretty constant, so there is always a hum of cars in the background. We spend our days showing people how the different filters work and why one might be better for their house than another. It is a lot of technical talk but we try to keep it plain. The floor is usually covered in a bit of water or some packaging material because we are always unboxing things or testing out a unit. It is not the cleanest place, but it is where the work gets done. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the receipts and the phone. My uncle started this place, and I have been helping out since I finished school. We know the water quality in Sultanpur can be a bit tricky, so we have plenty of work. We do not go in for big sales pitches. If someone wants a basic setup, we give them that. If they need something bigger for a whole building, we look into it. It is just us here, trying to make sure the people who come in leave with what they actually came for. We stay open as long as there are people needing help.
