Universal Supply Co.

Universal Supply Co. is over at 361/1, Bagh Karekhan, which is in the Kishanganj part of town. We are right nearby Azad Park, so it’s easy for people to find us if they just look for the green space. Kishanganj is an older neighborhood, and the streets are narrow and sometimes a bit of a mess with the traffic. Our building at 361/1 is pretty old too, but it’s sturdy and holds all our supplies without any issues. It’s a bit dark inside sometimes because the windows are small, but we have plenty of lights. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a few of us handling the orders and making sure the supplies get out to where they need to go. Usually, there’s a lot of boxes stacked up, and the place can feel a bit crowded during the busy weeks. We don't do any big advertising or have a marketing strategy. People in the area know us because we’ve been here for quite a while. The park next door is a nice place to sit for a minute when things get too hectic inside. We just focus on the daily tasks and don't try to be anything we're not. It’s just a regular supply business in a regular part of Kishanganj. We open early, we work through the day, and we close up when we're finished.
