The Cone Company

The Cone Company is located at C-126 Ashok Vihar, Phase-I. It’s a residential-style area but we’ve got our setup here. We spend our days around ice cream cones of all sorts. If you walk by, you might catch the smell of wafers baking, which is one of the better parts of the job. The space is filled with stacks of boxes ready to be shipped out to ice cream parlors and shops. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s more of a workshop where we make sure the cones come out crispy and right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of writers. It’s just us checking the machines and making sure the packing is done properly. Sometimes a batch breaks, and that’s just frustrating, but we move on. We get a lot of local interest because everyone likes ice cream. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we handle the bills and orders. We’ve been in Ashok Vihar for a while and the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure when someone buys a scoop of ice cream, the cone doesn't fall apart on them. It’s practical, slightly sticky work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just do our thing and try to keep the ovens running smoothly every day without making a fuss.
