You have to go up to the first floor at 3-A Veer Savarkar Block to find us. Shakarpur is a busy area, and our building is right in the middle of all that chaos. We’ve been here for a while, focusing on water systems and filters. The office isn't very large, and we’ve got desks pushed up against the walls to make room for the equipment. It’s not a corporate headquarters with marble floors. We have some posters on the walls showing how the filters work, but they’re a bit faded now. Mostly, it’s just the sound of the phones ringing and the hum of the test units we keep running. We spend a lot of time on the road, going to people’s houses or offices to check on their water. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, and the light in the hallway flickers sometimes, but the landlord says he’ll fix it eventually. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the day’s schedule. It’s a small team, and we all know each other’s business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just trying to keep the machines running so people have clean water. It’s honest work, even if the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming at the end of the month. People in the block know us as the water guys, and that suits us fine for now.
