Unique Soutions is located at Plot No. 551 on the Main Road in Jwala Nagar. Shahdara is one of those places that never really sleeps, and the noise from the street is something we hear all day long. Our building is right in the thick of it. The shop isn't a big, polished place with glass walls. It is more of a functional room where we keep our tools and parts. Most days, you will find us working at the back where it is a bit quieter. We have been here in Jwala Nagar for a long time, so we have seen the roads get dug up and fixed more times than we can count. The shop is a bit dusty because of the constant construction and traffic outside, but we try to keep the equipment clean. We do not spend money on big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in off the Main Road or neighbors who have known us for years. It is a straightforward way to do business. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Shahdara; we just want to do our jobs properly. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back while watching the buses go by. It is just how life is here. We like being local and being part of the daily grind in this part of town.
