ULTIMA Switchgear Ltd. is situated at B-3 in the DDA Local Shopping Complex over in Mayur Vihar. It’s a typical local spot with shops all around us. We have been here for a while, dealing with switchgear and electrical parts. The office is a bit cramped because we have boxes of components stacked up in the corners. Mayur Vihar is a lively area, and there is always some noise from the market outside. We don't have a receptionist or any of that fancy stuff; usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. The work involves a lot of technical drawings and checking the switches. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shelves, while other days everyone is rushing to get a shipment ready. We have some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. We are more concerned with the actual gear and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. Sometimes we grab lunch from the stalls nearby and eat while we work. It’s just a normal life in a local business. We keep the doors open, handle the requests as they come, and try to stay organized in the middle of all the electrical components. It’s what we know how to do. Nothing more and nothing less.
