We are located at Shop No 125 in D Block, right in the Raj Nagar Market area of Palam Colony. It’s a local service hub where we handle all sorts of random tasks that people need help with. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with tools and paperwork and stuff. We don’t have a corporate structure or a big team of people. It’s just a few of us here making sure the jobs get done. People from Palam Colony and Raj Nagar Part 2 come by when they have something that needs looking at. It might be an appliance or some other technical issue. We don’t use any marketing jargon or try to sound like a big company. We’re just a local business in the market. The shop feels like a part of the neighborhood. We know the other shopkeepers and the regulars who walk by every day.
