Tata Indicom Exclusive Store

At our Tata Indicom Exclusive Store in Gandhi Nagar, we have a setup that spans from the ground floor to the first floor. We are located at Shop No 6 on the Main Road, right inside Mukesh Market. This is a very hectic area to work in because the market is always full of shoppers and vendors. Our shop is usually quite busy with people coming in for all sorts of mobile-related things. The ground floor is mainly for quick customer service and the first floor gives us a bit more room for other tasks. It’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs all day. We have been in Mukesh Market for a long time and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The shop is simple and functional, with plenty of shelves for stock and a few desks for us to work at. Dealing with the crowd on the Main Road can be tiring, but it keeps the business going. We spend our hours answering questions about plans and helping people set up their new phones. It’s a straightforward operation and we don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. It’s a busy, local market shop where we work hard to keep up with the demand.
