Sushma Services & Contractor

Sushma Services & Contractor is over at Plot 20/8 in Kasturba Nagar. We are located quite close to the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir, so it’s usually easy for people to find us if they just follow the signs for the temple. We do contracting work, which basically means we take on all the jobs that regular people can't do themselves, like house repairs, labor management, and keeping projects on track. It’s messy work a lot of the time, and our office often reflects that with stacks of blueprints, material samples, and notebooks lying around everywhere. We aren’t the type of people to wear suits or give big, fancy presentations to our clients. We’d much rather be out at a job site with our boots on, seeing how things are actually going and talking to the workers. The business grew out of just doing favors for people in the neighborhood and then realizing we could make it a full-time thing for ourselves. We have a crew that’s been with us for a long time, and we all know how to get our hands dirty when a deadline is coming up fast. Kasturba Nagar is a nice place to work from because it feels like a real community where people still talk to each other. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company in the city. We just want to do a decent job so people call us back the next time something breaks or needs a fresh look.
