Suresh R O Service System is tucked away in Bhagwati Garden Extension. We are on Jain Road at C/29 in Uttam Nagar. It is a busy residential area, so there is always someone coming by with a filter or a pump that needs looking at. My shop is basically a garage that I turned into a workspace. It’s full of wrenches, tubes, and different types of membranes. I’ve been fixing R O units for a long time now. I started out working for someone else, but then I decided to open my own place right here. People in the neighborhood know me by name. I don't use any fancy apps to book appointments. You just call me or drop by. I spend a lot of time on my scooter going from house to house. The roads around Jain Road can be quite bumpy, especially after it rains. Sometimes I am late because of the traffic, but I always show up eventually. I don't make big promises. I just look at the machine and tell you if I can fix it or not. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for me. My hands are usually stained with something, but that's just part of the trade. I like being my own boss and helping the folks around Uttam Nagar. It's not glamorous, but it keeps the bills paid and the water clean for my customers in this part of town.
