We are located at S 19 and 20 in the New Grain Market at Palwal. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for a chemical business, being surrounded by all the grain traders and the noise of the market. The shop is basically a large storage space with a small desk tucked into the front. We handle various chemical supplies that people in the area need. Some days the dust from the grain trucks is everywhere, so we are constantly cleaning the containers. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the containers are sealed properly. The market has its own rhythm, starting very early and winding down as the sun goes away. We’ve gotten used to the smell of the market and the way the seasons change what people are buying. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to find the right labels in the back. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. It’s a working warehouse where we spend our days lifting jugs and checking invoices. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to this market for years. We just stay busy with the daily routine of loading and unloading. It’s simple work, but there’s always something that needs to be moved or sorted before we can go home.
