Style Confectionery

Our place is over at Plot No. F 108 in Sector 5 of the Bawana Industrial Area. It’s a big, busy area with a lot of factories and workshops around us. We spend our days making sweets and treats at Style Confectionery, and the smell usually fills up the street. It’s not a fancy shop where you sit down and eat; it’s more of a production spot where we get things ready. We’ve been in this sector for a bit and we know most of the other business owners nearby. The morning starts early here because we have to get everything finished before the heat of the day kicks in. We use basic tools and do a lot of things by hand because that’s just how we learned to do it. The floors are usually covered in flour or sugar by the afternoon. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us working together to get the orders out. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the power goes out, but we just figure it out. Being in an industrial area like Bawana means there’s always something happening, trucks coming and going all the time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the ovens. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. People know where to find us when they need a bulk order. We just keep making the goods day after day and don't worry about much else.
