Tradewel Spares (I) Pvt. Ltd. is located at 35-F in Kamla Nagar. It’s a fairly residential and commercial mix around here, so you get all sorts of people walking by. Our place is basically a big storehouse for spare parts. We have boxes stacked up to the ceiling in some parts of the building. Finding exactly what a customer needs sometimes involves a bit of climbing and searching through the aisles. We aren't big on high-tech inventory systems; we mostly rely on knowing where we put things. The office part is just a small desk near the front door where we handle the bills and the phone calls. Kamla Nagar is a decent area, though parking can be a real headache for anyone coming to visit. We spend most of our day packing boxes and checking lists. It’s repetitive work, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural now. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It's just us, the spares, and the customers who have been coming to us for years. If the lights flicker, we just ignore it and keep going. We're a small group and we mostly just focus on getting the right parts out to the people who ordered them. It’s a plain, everyday kind of business.
