Still Water Supply

We run the water supply out of Vasant Kunj D1. If you live around here, you might have seen our cans being moved around on the cycles or the small van. It started out small because the local water was not always great for drinking. Now we have a routine. Every morning we start early, getting everything loaded up and ready. Vasant Kunj has these narrow lanes sometimes and the boys have to be very careful not to ding the van against the gates. We do not have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. It is mostly just a storage space and a desk where we keep the delivery schedules. Sometimes a customer calls late because they forgot they ran out, and we try to squeeze them in if the driver has not headed back yet. It is a lot of physical work, lifting those heavy jugs. My back feels it by the end of the week. We do not do fancy bottled water with mountain pictures on the labels. It is just clean water for people to use in their kitchens. The dogs in the neighborhood know us pretty well by now. We have had the same few guys working here for years. We know which houses have the broken doorbells and which ones want the water left on the porch. It is just regular daily business for us here.
