Star ID Solutions is based in New Delhi, specifically at C-119 on the 1st Floor of the Flatted Factory Complex. This is right in the heart of Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III. If you have ever been to Okhla, you know it is a very hectic place with lots of small and medium businesses all packed together. The Flatted Factory Complex is a big building with many different companies, and we are up on the first floor. It is a busy environment. There is always someone moving boxes in the hallway or a delivery truck parked downstairs. Our unit, C-119, is where we handle all our work. The walls are mostly covered with shelves and there are machines humming throughout the day. It is a typical Delhi industrial office—not very quiet, but very productive. We get a lot of dust from the road outside, so we are always cleaning the desks. The walk from the main gate of Phase-III to the factory complex takes a few minutes, and in the summer heat, it can be quite a task. We have been here for a long time and have seen Okhla grow and get even more crowded. There is not anything fancy about our setup. It is just a workspace meant for getting things done. We do not have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. It is a practical spot for a business like ours in the middle of Delhi.
