Special Courier Services

We’ve been running Special Courier Services out of Connaught Place for a while now. Being in CP is great because we’re right in the middle of everything, though the parking is always a nightmare. Our office is pretty simple—lots of clipboards, some scales for weighing packages, and a lot of tea being drunk. We handle all sorts of deliveries, from small envelopes to bigger boxes that need to get across town or further away. We don't have a fleet of fancy branded trucks. It’s mostly us and our delivery guys on bikes weaving through the traffic. We don't promise lightning speed because we know what the roads are like, but we do promise to actually get the package there. We’ve seen other courier places come and go, but we’ve stuck around because we know our regulars. We don't use corporate scripts when we answer the phone. You just talk to one of us directly. It can get pretty frantic around the holidays or at the end of the month, but we try to keep a cool head. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. Our goal is just to make sure nothing gets lost and people get their stuff. It’s a busy, noisy job, but it keeps us on our toes. If you're in CP and need something sent, you can find us tucked away in one of the blocks. We are always ready to help out with a delivery.
