Soni Telecom Centre

Soni Telecom Centre is at K 1 / 38 in Chittaranjan Park. Everyone calls it CR Park, and it’s a nice area to be in. Our shop is mostly about phones and communication. We do recharges, sell SIM cards, and fix screens that people drop. The market here is always lively, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out for snacks. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait for their phones to be updated. It’s not a big place, but we have everything we need in reach. There’s always a stack of empty boxes in the corner that we need to clear out. We get a lot of elderly people from the neighborhood who need help with their smartphones. They find the buttons confusing so we show them how to use the apps. It’s a patient kind of work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just have a printed board outside with our name on it. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door, so we put a bucket there. It’s just a normal part of running a shop. We drink a lot of coffee during the day to stay awake. The neighbors are friendly and we often share news about what’s happening in the block. It’s a good way to spend the day, just being useful to the local folks.
