Shree Mahalakshmi Advertising

Our office, Shree Mahalakshmi Advertising, sits over in Shakarpur at S 601/2 in Nehru Enclave. It’s located on Street Number 05, right in the School Block area. It’s a typical neighborhood spot where there’s always something happening right outside the door. We have a small team here and the space is mostly filled with computers and samples of the stuff we’ve worked on over the months. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means, just a room where we sit and figure out how to get things done for the people who walk in. The street outside can get quite narrow, especially when there are deliveries being made or kids are coming home from school. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the neighborhood, from the vendors calling out to the motorbikes zooming past. Most of our days are spent checking proofs or talking on the phone with different suppliers. It can get a bit hectic when several projects land at the same time, but we just take it one step at a time. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens, and maybe a few old tea cups that need washing. We don’t put on any airs here; it’s just a straightforward place to work. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs finishing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear ourselves think. It feels like a part of the local community because we’ve been in this corner of Shakarpur for quite a while now. We just do our bit and keep things moving along.
