Paras Polycab Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Building No. 100 in the Badli Industrial Area. We are specifically in Phase-II, and you have to come through Gate No. 5 to get to us. The industrial area is always loud and moving. There are trucks loading up and workers everywhere. Our building is a solid, functional space designed for work, not for looking pretty. We have a lot of machinery and storage areas inside, so it can get quite noisy when everything is running at once. Being in Phase-II means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It is a very practical environment. We spend our days making sure the production stays on track and the gates are clear for deliveries. There is a lot of back-and-forth between the different sections of the building. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear heavy clothes because of the grease and the metal. The office part of the building is just a small partitioned area where we keep the records. It gets hot in the summer because the building is large and mostly made of concrete and metal. We have been here in Badli for a long time and know the guards at Gate 5 well. It is a tough, busy place to work, but we are used to the grind of the industrial life.
