Shr Chemicals

Our office, M 44, is located right on Shiv Mandir Road in New Mahavir Nagar, which is part of the larger Tilak Nagar area. Shr Chemicals isn't a massive factory; it’s more of an office where we manage the supplies and the orders. Working with chemicals means we have to be a bit more careful than the other shops on the street. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on delivery vans throughout the day. The road outside is usually packed with rickshaws and people heading to the temple, so it gets quite noisy. We have a small desk near the window where I sit and handle the billing. It’s a very straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy brochures or a front desk person. Usually, it’s just me or one of the boys handling whatever comes up. Mahavir Nagar is a tight-knit place, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners on Shiv Mandir Road pretty well. We share news about the neighborhood and complain about the summer heat together. The office is tucked away a little bit, but people who need our supplies know the way. We spend most of our time making sure the stock levels are right and that the transport is moving as it should. It’s just regular work that needs to get done, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now.
