Shine Polymers

Shine Polymers is located at E-702 in the Dsidc part of Narela Industrial Area. If you know where the Vijay Bank is, we are pretty close to that. The industrial area is huge and can be confusing if you’re new, but we’ve been here at E-702 for a good while. It’s a busy spot with lots of activity throughout the day. You’ll see plenty of trucks coming and going. We keep our operations pretty simple inside. There’s a lot of plastic material around, which is what we handle every day. The floors are concrete and the ceiling is high. It’s not a place for sitting around; there’s always something to move or a machine to check on. We aren’t interested in making the place look like a corporate office. It’s a workshop, through and through. The noise from the other units is constant, but it becomes like background music after a while. We usually start the day before the sun gets too high. Being near the bank is helpful for people trying to find us. We don’t do a lot of talking about what we do; we just focus on getting the tasks finished. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of inventory. We’ve grown accustomed to the pace of Narela. It’s a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where our business lives and breathes every day we open the doors.
