Sheltera Company

Sheltera Company is over at No-150/7 in Pratap Nagar. We are located on the Patparganj Road, right in the Mayur Vihar Phase I area. It’s a busy part of town, and the road out front always has something going on. Our office is in a spot that’s easy to get to once you figure out the lane numbers in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly standard setup once you get inside. We have a few rooms filled with desks and large cupboards where we keep all our files and records. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines. It’s more of a traditional space where everyone has their own little corner to work in. The area around Mayur Vihar is a mix of homes and small businesses, so it feels quite grounded and friendly. We’ve been here for several years now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners and the residents on our block. On the hot summer days, the air conditioning works overtime, and we usually have some tea around four in the afternoon to keep us going until the end of the day. We don't really do much in the way of promotion or fancy marketing. Most of our work comes from people who just know where we are or have heard about us. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it works for us.
