Shama Arts

Shama Arts is located at House Number 68 in the Vijay Block area, right behind Gopal Pastry on Vikas Marg. It’s a bit tucked away, so if you can find the pastry shop, you’re basically there. We’ve been here for years, and the smell of the bakery next door is something we’ve definitely gotten used to. Our shop is mostly filled with paint, brushes, and different boards. We do a lot of the hand-drawn or hand-painted stuff, which takes a bit more time and a steady hand. It’s not always perfect, but that’s what gives it a bit of character. The space is a bit small, and we have to be careful not to knock over any wet signs. Sometimes the neighborhood gets really crowded, especially on the weekends when people are out on Vikas Marg. We just stay in our corner and work on whatever is on the table. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a website or anything like that, most people just walk in or call us. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Vijay Block, but we’ve managed to stay put. It’s a lot of manual work, getting your hands dirty and making sure the lines are straight. We like being part of this little community. If you ever need something done, just look for the house behind the pastry place and come say hello.
