We are located over at B-1285/4 in Sangam Vihar. If you know the area, you know it is a bit of a maze with all the small streets and houses packed together. Our office is just a regular room where we keep all our computers and gear. We spend most of the day sitting in front of screens, trying to get things to work. It is not the most glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Sangam Vihar is a lively place, there is always something happening outside the window, people shouting or bikes zooming past. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we are used to the chaos. We started Harsh Softech because we knew how to handle tech stuff and figured we could do it from here. We do not have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of working in this neighborhood. We deal with a lot of software issues and general computer work. It is practical work for us. People from the nearby blocks sometimes drop in if they have a problem. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work done before the day ends.
