We are located at Plot No-B-44 in Mandawali, which is part of the Fazalpur area in East Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and our shop is right in the middle of it. We deal with all sorts of advertising materials, mostly things that people need for their shops or local events. The space here is packed with rolls of material and ink containers. It can get a bit loud with the printers running all day long. We started here because the rent was okay and it’s easy for people in East Delhi to reach us. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this area. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone sitting in a suit. Most of us are just wearing old clothes because the ink tends to get everywhere. The layout is simple. We have the machines in the back and a small table in the front where we talk to customers about their orders. Usually, people find us because they saw a board we made for someone else on the next street. It is a practical way to run things. We see a lot of local business owners who need something quickly for a sale or a new opening. It's just a regular local shop doing its thing day after day. We keep it honest and direct with everyone who walks through the door.
