The office is on the second floor at A3/253 in Shahpurja. If you walk up the stairs you will find us mostly staring at screens or talking on the phone. Planning trips is mostly just coordinating a bunch of small things so nothing goes wrong. We handle a lot of different places and sometimes the time zones make it tricky. One of us is usually here late because of that. It is a bit cramped with all the desks and papers but we make it work. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by calling first. We spend a lot of time looking for flight prices that aren't too high. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking to different customers at once. We eat lunch together at the big table when it’s not too busy. Shahpurja is a busy area so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We've been doing this for a while now and the folders are piled up high on the shelves. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or rain ruining a trip and that is the hard part. We just try to fix what we can. It’s a regular office job really, just focused on where people want to go for their holidays.
