Royal Chemicals (India) is tucked away on the second floor of a building in Lalita Park. The address is 1/30, and it’s right in the Laxmi Nagar area. It’s a crowded part of town, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache if you arrive late. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and we’ve lived with that for years. Inside, the space is filled with desks and a lot of paper. We aren't big on decorations, mostly just calendars on the walls. It gets a bit noisy because Laxmi Nagar is always humming with people and shops. We try to keep our heads down and get the orders processed. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait around, but usually, things run okay. There is a small chai stall just down the street that we all go to. It’s a simple operation we’ve got going here. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us sorting through mail or on the phone. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now and know all the neighbors. It’s a tight-knit spot, and we just keep doing our bit every day. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily routine and we are used to the rhythm of this neighborhood.
