Robotina

Our workshop at Robotina is on Plot No Ad-95 A in Pitampura. We are situated near the Power House, which is a big landmark that helps people find the turn-off to our street. The area around here is a mix of industrial plots and small offices, so there is a lot of activity throughout the day. Our space is basically one large room where we keep all the electronic components and the various projects we are building. It can get pretty dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down our equipment. We have some heavy workbenches that we built ourselves to handle the weight of the machines. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains from different things we've worked on over the years. We don't really have a place for people to sit and wait; it is more of a walk-in and talk-at-the-bench kind of place. Sometimes the noise from the Power House is a steady hum in the background, but after a while, you stop noticing it. We have a small corner with a microwave and a few cups where we take our breaks. It is a straightforward place for people who like to build things and fix electronics. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of tools and a lot of work getting done every day.
