Our place is located at F-64 in Gali No. 7, right on Vidyut Gali in Laxmi Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know the streets are narrow and always full of people, so getting equipment in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. The office is small and usually packed with boxes or different pieces of gear we are checking over. It’s just a few of us here, and we all wear many hats, from answering the phones to fixing things that come in broken. We don't have a big fancy showroom; we mostly just show people what we have right there in the workspace. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a problem they can’t figure out. Sometimes we spend hours just tinkering with a single machine until it works right again. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the street noise all day, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't bother with corporate talk or anything like that. We just focus on the equipment and making sure we give people honest answers about what they need. It’s a busy, cramped, but decent place to work every day. We just take each job as it comes and do the best we can.
