R O Mart

If you find yourself in Prashant Vihar, Sec 14, look for number 116. That’s where R O Mart is. We deal with water filters and all the small parts that go with them. It’s a small shop, and sometimes the boxes are stacked up to the ceiling, making it hard to move around. We started this because everyone needs clean water, and we knew how to fix the machines. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the day is spent untangling tubes or explaining how a membrane works to someone who just wants their water to taste better. We have a few guys who go out on their scooters to do the installs, while I stay back at the shop to handle the walk-ins and phone calls. The neighborhood is okay, though parking is always a bit of a struggle near our door because of the other shops. We keep a stock of filters, pumps, and those little plastic connectors that always seem to break at the wrong time. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for the delivery truck, which can be frustrating for us and the customers. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We just have our shop and our tools. It's a bit cramped inside, especially when a big shipment arrives on a Monday morning and we have to unload everything. It's just how we run things here in Sec 14.
