Pure Fresh India

Our little spot, Pure Fresh India, is located at Extn No 2, number 51 in Nangloi. We are right near Saraswati Secondary School, so we get to hear the kids playing and the bells ringing all day long. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while now. The shop is pretty basic, just a room with some shelves for filters and a space for us to work on machines. We don't have any air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that hums. We focus on water purification because the water in this area really needs it. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. It’s just a few of us who know how these systems work. Sometimes we’re out on our bikes all day visiting customers, so the shop might be closed for a bit. We don't have a secretary to answer the phones, so if we don't pick up, we’re probably just busy with a repair. We don't use any complicated language or marketing tricks. We just look at the filters and tell you what needs changing. It’s a simple business. We’ve grown to know many families around the school area over the years. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everyone has clean water to drink. That’s why we started this in the first place and it’s what we still do every day.
