Punjab Paper Store

Our place is out on G.T. Karnal Road in Nangli Poona. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but being on Plot No. 53/64 gives us enough space for all the paper we have to keep. The road outside is always full of heavy trucks and dust, so we keep the shutters halfway down sometimes. Inside, it’s just stacks and stacks of paper reaching up to the ceiling. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We unload the big rolls or the flat sheets and then wait for the orders to come in. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really have a fancy sign or anything, just the address on the wall. Sometimes the heat in Nangli Poona gets a bit much, but the warehouse stays relatively cool because of the high roof. We mostly deal with regular customers who’ve been buying from us for years. We aren't interested in making it look like a boutique; it's a paper store, plain and simple. We write down the orders in a big ledger and try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. It's just us and the paper on the G.T. Karnal Road.
