Lado Sarai has a very specific feel to it, being so close to the heritage sites and also having all these narrow lanes. Our office is at M-65. It's a bit of a mix between an old house and a workspace. We have a small courtyard area where we keep some of the larger equipment and boxes. Parchem Aqua Treat is run by a small group of us. Inside M-65, the rooms are a bit small, but we’ve made them work for our needs over the years. We have desks squeezed into the corners and shelves going all the way up to the ceiling. It can get a bit dark inside during the rainy season, so we keep the lights on all day. The street outside is usually full of parked cars and delivery bikes. Sometimes it’s very hard to get a vehicle right up to the door for loading things. We usually have our lunch together in the main room, sharing whatever everyone brought in their tiffin. It feels more like a family than a big company. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights out front. Just a small plate on the door that says who we are. Lado Sarai is a great area because you can find almost anything you need within walking distance. We’ve grown fond of this little corner over the years. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we need. We just keep doing our thing.
