Delhi is a big, fast place, and we are just one small part of it. At Nm Services, we handle a lot of different tasks. There isn't a specific office tour we can give because we are usually out and about. Working in Delhi means you spend a lot of time in the heat or stuck in some random traffic jam. We don't have a polished corporate image. We just answer the phone and try to help people with what they need. It’s a lot of running around. Some days are quiet, and we just catch up on paperwork. Other days the phone won't stop ringing and everyone is in a hurry. We didn't start this with some big grand plan. We just saw that people needed things done and we had the time to do them. It can be stressful living and working in the capital. You have to be quick. We’ve learned to navigate the streets and shortcuts over the years. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just service work. Whether it’s a small job or something that takes all day, we just get on with it. We drink way too much tea to keep going through the afternoon. That’s the reality of a small business in a city like this. You just keep moving and hope the metro isn't too crowded on the way home at night.
