If you are looking for Plot No 132, that is where we are located. It’s right in Phase 1 of Mayur Vihar, over in the Patparganj area. It is a pretty well-known spot if you spend any time in this part of the city. The industrial side of Patparganj is always moving, trucks coming in and out, people rushing around. Our building is simple. We don’t have big neon signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some equipment, and people working. Nitin Chemical Industries has been operating out of this space for some time. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, more buildings going up, more traffic on the main roads. Getting here in the morning can be a challenge if you don't time it right. We usually have the doors open early. The air can get a bit dusty with all the construction and movement nearby, but we’re used to it. It’s a honest day’s work for everyone on the team. Sometimes the power flutters, or the internet goes slow, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest company around. We just want to do our jobs at Plot 132 and make sure things are handled properly. It feels like a small community in this phase of the estate. You get to know the faces of the people working in the plots next door. It’s just how things are here.
