M/S Stanvac Chemicals India Limited

Our place is located at D-83 in the Dassu Colony area of Kilokiri. It’s near the Ashram Chowk, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots in New Delhi. M/S Stanvac Chemicals India Limited is what’s on the sign, but to us, it’s just the warehouse and office where we spend our ten hours a day. We deal with a lot of industrial stuff, so there are always containers and barrels moving around. The floors are concrete and there's usually a bit of dust because of all the traffic nearby. We aren't a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We have metal desks and a lot of logbooks. The guys in the back are usually busy checking stock or loading up trucks that come through the narrow lanes. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don't know the way past the Delhi Transco area. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't do much promotion; the work mostly speaks for itself among the people who use our products. It’s a dusty, busy, honest place to work. We just make sure the right chemicals get to the right people on time and that the paperwork matches the stock.
