It’s a very old part of the city, so the lanes are narrow and always crowded with people and carts. Mondal Carat World Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for years. It's a bit of a walk to get here from the main road, but that’s just how Chandni Chowk is. The building we are in has seen better days, but it works for what we do. Every morning we open up the shutters and get things ready for the day. There’s a lot of history in these walls, even if they need a bit of paint now and then. We have a small staff, and we all know the regulars who come by. The noise from the market is constant, from the shouting of vendors to the bells of the rickshaws.
