We are located at Plot No.101 on Patparganj Road, which is quite close to the Jain Temple. If you are walking down the street, you can usually see our sign without much trouble. The office isn't very large, but it holds everything we need like signal antennas and boosters. Most of the people who come to see us are frustrated because they can't get a single bar of signal in their basement or back room. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of tower locations and trying to figure out why a particular building has such thick walls. It’s a lot of trial and error with different frequencies. The road outside is always noisy with rickshaws and buses, but inside we try to keep things organized. We have a lot of coaxial cable rolls sitting in the corner because we use them constantly for installations. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get up on roofs, especially when it’s windy or pouring, but that’s just part of the routine. We don’t use any complicated sales pitches here. We just show people how the boosters connect and where the outdoor unit needs to point. It’s honest work that involves a lot of climbing and testing out signal strengths on different phones. Most days end with us packing up the kits for the next morning's site visits so we can leave early.
