Micromess System Solutions

We are Micromess System Solutions and we operate out of B-48 in Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh. It’s a residential area mostly, so our setup is quite low-key. We handle technical stuff, mostly fixing things and setting up systems for people nearby. It’s a small shop, and half the time there are wires and tools all over the main table. We started doing this because we like figuring out how things work. Najafgarh is a busy place, but Gopal Nagar stays a bit quieter. We get a lot of locals coming in with broken parts or asking for advice on what to buy. We don’t have a big sales team. It’s just us and maybe a helper if we have a lot of work that week. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have good lamps for the detailed work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right so the customer doesn't have to come back for the same problem twice. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to come from the main market, which takes a day or two. We just tell people honestly when to expect it. It's a practical business. We drink a lot of tea while we work and just get through the repairs one by one. Our desk is messy but we know where everything is.
