You can find us over in Tilak Nagar, specifically on the Mall Road in the Main Market area, shop number 24/5. It is a very crowded place, especially on weekends when the shoppers are out in full force. Our shop is where we handle everything related to RO products. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a working space where parts are kept in bins and the floor usually has a few machines being worked on. We’ve been operating from this market for a good bit of time now. The street noise is always there, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend our days answering questions about membranes and why a certain pump might be leaking. It’s mostly hands-on stuff. We carry the heavy bottles and the filter housings in and out all day long. If the shop looks a bit cluttered, it’s because we like to keep enough stock so people don’t have to wait for an order. We know the water quality in Tilak Nagar varies from street to street, so we keep different types of filters ready to go. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making sure the units are put together right. We don't do much fancy advertising, people just see the sign when they are walking through the market. It’s a straightforward business and we just keep at it, one filter at a time. We have our regulars who stop by to chat while we work.
