You can find us at No. 1378 in Matia Mahal. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets. The streets are always full of people, the smell of food from the nearby stalls, and the constant hum of rickshaws. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a small space, mostly filled with desks and stacks of paperwork that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Some days it’s so crowded inside that there’s barely room to stand, but we manage. We’ve got maps on the wall and calendars marked with dates. It isn't a modern, shiny place with glass walls. It’s a bit older, with some character and history in the walls. We know the neighbors and the guys running the shops next door. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise outside just to be heard. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly just sorting out itineraries and checking schedules. It gets tiring, but we like being in this part of town. There’s a specific energy here that you don't get anywhere else. We just do our bit, help the people who come in, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s honest work in a very lively neighborhood.
