Hi-times Holidays

We’ve got our small office at Ug-9 in Jaina Tower-1 over in Janakpuri. It’s a basic room with a couple of desks, some computers, and a few maps on the walls. We spend most of our time at Hi-times Holidays on the phone or looking at flight schedules. It’s not like those big travel websites you see everywhere. We’re just a few people sitting here trying to figure out the best way for folks to get from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for the screens to load, which can be frustrating when someone is waiting in the office. We have stacks of brochures for different places, though many are a bit out of date now. People walk in from the DC area asking about train tickets or bus routes. We don’t have a fancy lounge for customers, just a few plastic chairs by the door. It’s a bit quiet some days and then suddenly three people come in at once. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like visa forms and booking confirmations. It’s just clerical work at its heart. We’ve been in Janakpuri for a good while now, and we’re used to the routine of Jaina Tower-1. It’s a practical little business where we just try to get the bookings done without too much fuss. We're here every day, just helping people plan their trips as best we can.
